Our site offers techniques to build the foundations of wellbeing by consolidating a healty nervous system in the GREEN ZONE (Zone of Health and flexible N.S)  & by sorting past events that create Limiting Beliefs : these are TRTP & EBEFT, this is the work of the RED ZONE.

TRTP = The Richards Trauma Process .
EBEFT = Evidence Based Emotional Freedom Technique (the form used in Bond and Griffith University Research Studies).

There are also courses in basic, simple Yoga and Meditation . To move the body and exercise your mind, in a manner that helps stabilize & balance the nervous system,  to notice & be diserning of our thinking and  create Agency with these practices and in our Mindset.

These Yoga Meditation practices create an integrated mind-body state based on the iRest Yoga Nidra Path of Meditation.
TMM is another Somatic based practice that Mindfully explores our body, thoughts, beliefs and emotions.  TMM is otherwise known as Transformative Mindfulness Methods. TMM proactively creates a close relationship with ourselves. It is a process of getting in touch with whats going on in you and exploring transformation.
